Am I really the only black female that cannot flat twist or cornrow her hair? I mean I haven’t actually tried in years but right about now I NEED to learn how.

You are not alone! I have never been able to do this. Maybe I'll try when I wash my hair and have some time to just chill in the house (in case it turns out a hot mess).
@ARS I tried the flat twists the other day and they turned out alright. It was crazy frizzy because my fingers were getting caught while I was twisting! LOL! I'm trying again this weekend. Cornrows are next...
