What Does NATURAL Mean To You?

To be or not to be? That is the questions. What does natural REALLY mean? I have noticed that ladies who decide to go natural almost do a 180 when it comes to lifestlye. The acryllic comes of, the pork stays at the grocery store, and all of a sudden they're homes smell like insence. L0L. Is natural a way to wear your hair or is it a state of mind? Is it instyle or is it a lifestyle?

What are your thoughts?

I think a lot of times whn women tak a more holisitc natural approach to caring for their hair, they want to see how that works for other aspects as well. Or they could already be living like that and their hair was the last piece to the puzzle!

I have to agree with Niki.mac, I think that most of the time when women make that transition to natural hair they often times look at others areas of their life that can be or should be altered-taking that more holisitc approach. I however have had natural hair for going on 7 yrs now. I still flat iron and set my hair so some people don't consider that "natural" but I also wear it in its natural state. I would say that natural hair is both a style and a lifestyle.
I LOVE IT- Im scared to get a relaxer. I highly recommend Carol's Daughter products for anyone who is natural.
